We have eight key aims for all of our children.  These are:-

  • Being Independent
  • Being Confident
  • Becoming an interested reader and writer
  • Becoming a problem solver
  • Being resilient
  • Being inquisitive
  • Being a good friend
  • Being at one with nature

We aim for all children to gain a greater understanding of the wonderful world in which we live and the people who live in it.  We encourage respect and develop children’s knowledge of the people and communities, both in our immediate vicinity and in the wider world.  We aim for our children to recognize similarities and differences in people and understand that we are all unique.  We want our children to care for the environment and immerse themselves in nature through our Forest School approach.  We aim to develop children’s curiosity and provide opportunities to explore, investigate and experiment.
