We were so glad to welcome everyone to our Harvest Festival today!

This is such a special time of year when we come together to say thank you for the food we eat, to think about sharing with others, and to celebrate the wonderful autumn season.

Our children have been working so hard—learning songs and talking about all the good things that grow. Earlier this week, they enjoyed a visit from Farmer Jill, who shared a special story and brought along vegetables grown on her allotment. The children then chopped and cooked these into a tasty soup, which they prepared for our families—served with some freshly baked bread.

Children also spent time reflecting on what they are thankful for, and their lovely thoughts were written onto our Pumpkin of Thanks and added to our Harvest display.
