Kung Hei Fat Choi
Happy Chinese New year!
We learnt about the year of the Ox and explored different events that occur on this day.
We watched dragon dancing and made our own giant dragon! As a group we played music using the different instruments while some children danced around with the dragon.
We explored writing some Chinese letters and made cards that said Happy new year. We also explored developing our fine motor skills using chopsticks and tweezers to sort small objects like pom poms.
